XQMVC is a web application framework which uses the MVC design pattern for those who wish to build websites entirely driven by xquery (rather than a Java or .NET website powered by XCC). Think (minimal versions of) Django (python), Rails (ruby), or CakePHP (php) for similar ideas in other languages.
